The App is designed for drivers to receive and perform trips in their bus. The following information is collected by your employer through the App:

• Location Data: Your location is tracked in both the foreground and background to allow your employer to monitor your trip progress. This data includes your real-time geographic location and the times you arrive and depart from a trip location.
• Trip Information: Data related to the trips assigned to you, including trip schedules and destinations.

3. Use of Information

The collected information is used solely for the purpose of facilitating efficient trip management and coordination by your employer. It allows them to monitor trip progress and optimize trip schedules.

4. Data Storage and Access

Your location data and trip information are stored on a server controlled by your employer. GMV does not store, access, or process this data. The information is only accessible to your employer and is used in accordance with their privacy practices.

We take the security of your information seriously and implement reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
